Dr. Dolan was born in Cheyenne and raised on a ranch in Laramie County. He is a fifth generation Wyoming native. Dr. Dolan’s early education took place in Laramie County and he graduated from East High School in Cheyenne. After obtaining his undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming, Dr. Dolan earned his dental degree (D.D.S.) at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Dolan then completed a general practice residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He spent three years as a general dentist in the U.S. Army at Yuma Proving Grounds in Arizona. Dr. Dolan returned to Cleveland and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital. After spending a year in private practice in Arizona, Dr. Dolan returned to Cheyenne and has practiced here since that time. Dr. Dolan continues to serve on numerous committees and boards in the community as well as for the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Dolan is board certified by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
